We thought we would take a moment and give you some pointers on getting some better sleep! Just remember the 4 P's:
- Proper Support
- Pressure Relief
- Partner Movement
As we all know, a FIRM mattress does not mean a HARD mattress. Therefore, proper support simply means that the mattress is supportive enough to keep your body in proper spinal alignment. A mattress that does not support properly will generally cause lower back pain. Proper support results in BETTER SLEEP.
Now we need to be sure the mattress is providing enough pressure relief to allow proper blood and oxygen flow to your arms, legs and neck. If the mattress is too hard, it will typically cause joint pain resulting in tossing and turning and interrupted sleep patterns. Less Pressure on the body will result in BETTER SLEEP

That said, if you get hot and perspire while sleeping, this will most likely result in tossing, turning and an interrupted or fragmented night’s sleep.
