Tuesday: 1:30pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 4:30pm - 9:30pm
Thursday: 1:30pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 21:30pm - 7:00pm

Schedule 3
Sunday: 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Monday: 12:00pm - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday: 12:00pm - 5:30pm
Thursday: 5:00pm - 9:30pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Schedule delivery & service order requests
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Assisting all department staff
  • Handle all inbound/outbound phone calls & warranty issues
  • Daily Reports & Email
  • Assist drivers and technicians with on the road concerns

Skills Required

  • Punctual, professional and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish helpful but not required
  • Data entry required
