Monday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Tuesday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Wednesday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Thursday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Rotating Saturday & Sunday
Rotating nights
Must be able to work holidays

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with customers, sales staff, factories and other depts. via email/phone
  • Data Entry: orders, transfers, tags, spreadsheets, system updates, sku maintenance (prices, etc...)
  • Creating podiums and charts
  • Efficiently proof & identify orders missing information
  • Write special orders
  • Filing and maintaining documentation
  • Vendor set up, maintenance & account management
  • Meeting with furniture representatives to review new/current product
  • Assist team or manager with special projects
  • Sales support
  • Nirope TV

Skills Required

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills on phone, in-person
  • Able to work independently and remain focused in busy department
  • Basic computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point.
  • Ability to type a must
  • Public Speaking Preferred
  • Proficient in math
  • 1 or more years GERS experience preferred
