Cardi’s Furniture 200% Price Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions.

If a customer purchases furniture or mattress from Cardi’s and within thirty (30) days after receiving the merchandise from Cardi’s, finds the identical merchandise

    1. in stock -meaning - exact same model number from same manufacturer in same material and covered in same finish, color and along with the same warranty and other features

    2. advertised at a lower price by a local retailer to the general public via newspaper, direct mail, internet, radio or TV.

    3. under the same terms and conditions

then Cardi’s will refund to the customer an amount equal to 200% the difference between the Cardi’s price and the local retailers advertised price (the refund amount).

(Does not apply to floor samples clearance items, free gifts with purchase, items not stocked - such as a competitor promising to special order an item they do not carry, merchandise sold through clubs, going out of business sales and non-authorized dealers)

The Guarantee is a limited guarantee with respect to the price of Cardi’s merchandise and is not a guarantee to any other features or characteristics of such merchandise.

Please note if customer has not taken delivery and or possession of furniture and or bedding, and our price is adjusted to meet the competitor, the 200% does not apply.

Price of merchandise does not include delivery costs and extended warranties.

Cardi’s reserves the right to modify or terminate the Guarantee program at any time.

Customer shall submit claims under the Guarantee by the following procedure:

  1. customer will present original or clear copies of the print advertisement, including date of publication and/or postmark, from the local retailer and customer’s sales receipt from Cardi’s (in the case of TV or Radio advertisements, customer must provide the name of the local retailer, the channel or station, and the date and time of the advertisement);

  2. claim must be received by Cardi’s within thirty (30) days of delivery of said merchandise from Cardi’s;

  3. Please submit claim to Cardi’s Furniture, One Furniture Way, Swansea, MA 02777

Customer should be mailed a refund check within forty-five (45) business days after recieving valid claim. Checks will be mailed to customers address as it appears on Cardi's Customer Sales Order Receipt. Cardi's Furniture is not responsible for lost or delayed mail.

If you have not recieved yoru refund after 60 Days, please contact us at accounting@cardis.com. We will research the claim to determine what was causing the delay.

Any and all refunds will be adjusted by such claim.
