Do you have a bridal registry?
Currently, we do not have a formal bridal registry. However, we do have gift certificates. They can be purchased in any dollar increment and are the perfect gift. Many couples simply let their families and friends know that they would love gift certificates from Cardi's Furniture. If we decide to implement a formal registry, we will let all of our customers know via our website and advertising.
How do I make address and/or telephone number changes to my order?Please contact our Customer Service Department either by email (customerservice@cardisfurniture.com) or phone 508-379-7510 or 401-826-5600 ext. 2 and they can take care of updating your records in our system.
Can I view product on line?
Yes you may view a portion of our product online! However, we believe that a customer should see, touch and feel furniture before they purchase it. The scale, quality, finish and options are so vast that we feel it would be a disservice to our customers. If you see something you like on our website please print the page and bring it into any of our showrooms. Our staff will be happy to work with you.
Do you have sales?
At Cardi's Furniture we have everyday low Nirope pricing. We also price match with any competitors. Please feel free to visit our clearance center in S. Attleboro, MA.
When is your next clearance event?
Clearance events are always advertised days in advance via the newspaper, radio, and television.
What are your showroom hours?
Our showrooms are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am until 9:30pm, and Sunday from 11:00am until 6:00pm.
Where do I pick up my furniture?
Your non-clearance furniture can be picked up at our Swansea Distribution center Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm, Sundays from 12pm-6pm. All clearance furniture must be picked up at our S. Attleboro Clearance center Monday-Saturday 9am to 9:30pm, Sundays from 11am to 6pm. Pieces will be in its original unopened packaging and may require some assembly. Please drive safely as some items can shift or be blown from a vehicle. Customers assume the responsibility for damage or injury from handling, assembling, and transporting goods. Merchandise will not be loaded on roofs or roof racks. Bring two capable people to carry, load, and unload goods. Bring ropes, straps, and blankets needed to secure and protect your merchandise during transportation.
Do you charge for delivery?
We deliver to most areas for the competitive cost of $115, also offering a discounted rate of $95 for daytime deliveries. Orders under $500.00 will be charged $55. There is no delivery charge on orders for mattresses and foundations. We deliver to all islands see store for details. We do not deliver clearance merchandise.
Do you have layaways? Can I purchase on a payment plan?"
For your convenience, we offer a "Price Protection" plan to assist with your
furniture purchase. All you need to do is make equal monthly payments for up
to one year. Here is how it works:
1. We guarantee the price for the ONE YEAR term of your Price Protection,
regardless of if the price should increase.
2. Up to one year, no interest is charged. In order to use our FREE Price
Protection Plan:
a. A 20% deposit is required.
b. A convenient monthly payment plan is created.
**It is IMPORTANT that you contact us within the specified time indicated on
your Price Protection Agreement. At that time, we will order your
merchandise from the manufacturer. ***If you do not contact us within the
time indicated on your Price Protection Agreement, your furniture may not be
available at the time you want it.
3. In order to best serve you, we request that you accept delivery or
pick-up of your merchandise within 10 days of being notified of its
availability. Please contact us if this is not possible. However, if we do
not hear from you, we may release the merchandise from your order(s) and it
will be necessary for you to contact us to make other arrangements.
4. Any change of address, phone number, etc, please contact us as soon as
possible to update your order.
5. Custom order merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's availability.
Once your custom order merchandise is ordered, your deposit becomes
non-refundable and non-transferable. If for any reason the goods are no
longer available, Cardi's assumes no liability and will refund your deposit
in full.
6. Additional pieces purchased at a later date are subject to availability
from the manufacturer. In addition, the manufacturer cannot guarantee that
the dye lot on upholstered goods or colors on case goods will match your
previous purchased goods.
7. Customer satisfaction and accuracy is our goal in this and every process.
What is my warranty?
All items purchased after September 1, 2002 have a standard 1-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects on most items. An optional 5-year extended warranty is available at the time of purchase for an additional charge on most items. ***Note: Clearance items have no warranty. The optional extended warranty is for residential use only.***

Returns
* We do not deliver on approval so please consider your selection
carefully.
* If we determine for any reason to allow a customer to reselect,
applicable fees will apply (Minimum $149 or 10% of retail, whichever is
greater)
.
* Deposits for custom order merchandise is not refundable or transferable.
* Bed linens are not returnable (pillows, sheets, mattress pads, etc.).
Payments
We accept cash, personal check, bank check, travelers check, and money orders. We process all personal checks electronically. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer our own revolving charge financing. You are able to apply for credit on line or in a showroom and take advantage of one of our finance option plans.
Cancellations
Customers have up to 90 days from date of purchase to cancel and receive a full deposit refund on any non-custom order purchases. After 90 days the deposit will remain as an in store credit. Custom order purchases may be cancelled up to 3 days from date of purchase for a full deposit refund. After 3 days the order is unable to be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in the same method of payment used originally. This excludes cash, which is processed by check. Refunds on all check transactions will me mailed no sooner than 14 business days due to bank delays. Refunds on bankcards will be credited to the bankcard used at time of payment. No cash refunds are processed by Cardi's Furniture.
Price Protection
Nobody beats our NIROPE low prices NOOOBODY. Cardi's Furniture offers our 110% Low Price Guarantee. We will match any competitors advertised price PLUS we will give you 10% of the difference for purchases made under the same terms and conditions from any local stocking dealer up to 30 days after delivery or pick up.
Delivery
Cardi's Furniture delivers to most areas between 8am and 6pm 7 days a week. Please select a convenient day for an adult to receive delivery. We also offer Same day delivery between the hours of 3pm and 12Midnight (see store for details). Customers must take possession of merchandise within 14 days of its availability or when the customer initially indicated needed by. Storage fees will apply if merchandise is not taken within 14 days. All orders must be paid in full/financed approved prior to scheduling delivery. Please be sure to measure, prepare, and remove unwanted items from your room prior to delivery. Please let us know if your delivery might be complicated (third floor, narrow staircases, basements, etc.). Delivery teams cannot move existing furniture in or from the home including electronics. To ensure the safety of our drivers, Cardi's Furniture will determine if deliveries will be made during hazardous weather conditions. We will attempt to call you the evening before delivery to let you know the portion of the day our trucks are expected to be in your area. If we have been unable to reach by 8pm, and you desire, you may contact us at extension 4. We are unable to gift-wrap or surprise customers. If your purchase is a gift please be aware that we will call or send a postcard notifying the recipient of delivery. Additional delivery fees apply if we attempt to make delivery and no one is available to accept upon arrival. Delivery dates changes must be made by 12 noon on the previous day of delivery. All island deliveries will be charged an additional fee (see store for details).
