Monday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Thursday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Able to schedule deliveries and handle all service concerns.
Handle all inbound & outbound calls.
Must be able to handle all customer concerns via telephone.
Must handle all warranty issues.
Work with Service Technicians & Drivers with on the road concerns.
Inspecting furniture in the warehouse prior to delivery.
Multitasker / ability to work in fast paced environment
Strong communication skills in person and on the phone
Furniture Background a plus
Fluency in Spanish helpful but not required
